As a result, our ice sensors are able to detect the degree of icing on wind turbine rotors, on roads, on structures, and in air conditioning systems. Our oil film gauge determines the oil coat thickness on sheet metal. Our oil film gauges of the IOS NG generation have long since become a well known standard in sheet metal producing and processing industries for thickness measurements of oil plating.

This device uses rubust infrared technology to measure oil film thicknesses . All measurement relevant data can be read from the illuminated graphic display . Oil films can be measured between 0.1 and 6 g /qm Eum )
The user can upload his required calibrations from a large selection of factory calibrations or aided by the calibration wizard of the front end software he can develop his own tailormade calibrations . Due to our new Easycal technology customers can freely excange these calibrations between different instruments or share with their customers or suppliers
